At Aura Beauty Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
Returns are only accepted if:
the item arrives damaged, or
the item received is incorrect
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the issue has been reviewed and approved.
We do not issue refunds for:
delays that remain within the stated delivery timeframe
expectations not clearly stated on the product page
orders marked as delivered by the carrier
change of mind after purchase
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your tracking shows the order is still in transit, please allow the full delivery window of 6–10 business days for United States orders.
If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer a refund or a replacement, depending on the situation.
